The HSE Manager produces the annual safety plan, which is endorsed by the Board and provides the measures for control, monitoring, auditing and enhancing of the group wide safety culture. All our personnel are well versed in safe working practices. Performance is closely monitored and deficiencies in any safety related area corrected through training and mentoring.

The Blue Water Group has developed a complete set of safety, operational and quality control manuals. These manuals are reviewed annually in order to include comments raised during the previous 12 months as well as include new technology and safer methods of work in line with the TQM approach of making the working environment the safest possible.

Blue Water is an active member of the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA), which is held in high regard by the oil and gas majors.
